A Documentary Series

DRUNK

A story of recovery, transformation and redemption.

One goal

To transform the lives of first responders.

Jeff Marr wore a badge. He also carried every call home with him — the wrecks, the overdoses, the bodies, the things you aren't supposed to talk about at the dinner table. Alcohol answered when nothing else did, and it took his career, his marriage and nearly his children.

DRUNK sits inside that wreckage and then inside the work of rebuilding. Raw, unguarded conversations between Jeff and his kids anchor the project and shows what the job does to the people who do it — and how it can affect the ones that they love the most.

The Story

A mission of redemption.

Jeff Marr destroyed his life and career to the point of no return. On what should have been his deathbed, he made a commitment to himself and God to change his life and his family's future forever. Now he is on a mission of redemption to show us all that anyone can change if they choose to do so. Starting with his kids, our film captures the raw and unfiltered moments of Jeff's reconciliation journey, while also highlighting the devastating effects of addiction and isolation.

The nonprofit

Urban Warrior Project

The Urban Warrior Project is a nonprofit organization that lobbies for and brings awareness to the fact that our country's first responders should be provided governmental assistance for life, much like the military.

Our first responders are the front-line defense to the citizens of this country and the backbone to the stability of the constitution we stand on.

With work, anything can change.
